Pyotr - 03.

Hello and welcome back. He is, as you all know, Pyotr. Nothing important happened to him, he is just a restless young ...man, sleeping, dreaming at Wonderland and waiting for the sunshine.

A new character, Zigfried. He is Pyotr's new room-mate. Zigfried is nice. They're very good friends now.

They visit museums together.

They travel together.

They watch TV together.

And they drink coffee together.

The third episode starts on a fine happy day but, unfortunately, a cloudy one for poor Zigfried.

After a few minutes...

And so she left, but...

At home...

Home again...

RICHARD ROEPER: Welcome to "Ebert and Roeper at the Movies" and we're here to review the brand new episode of "Pyotr". Now Roger, we all know we waited a long time for this one and generally we thought it can never reach up to the hype, but hey, it seems the little 15-year-old really gave a new meaning to fridge magnets on this one. It has style, comedy, romance, a lot of plastic dialgoue, which clearly points out a great deal of parody and sarcasm. I'd say this is really the apogee of cartoon blogging so far. It can be into a movie. I give it thumbs up!
ROGER EBERT: THumbs up for me two. My only dislike on this episode was the ending. It was unexpected, yet a bit too pretentious and too romantic for my taste. I'd say at one point, little Astrid left all the sarcasm and irony behind and just went on freely expressing a romantic tale. I did like however, all the characters introduced. We have Zigfried, his girl, the small animal Pyotr falls in love with and the Alexander Dumas character type with a sword that looks like something out of a Zucker movie. (laughs) It's interesting, capricious and offers tones of laugh. See it!

Kid, you've got talent! Call me if you want your Pyotr story on DVD. We'll make it huge! We'll have on the cover: "2 Thumbs up frm Ebert and Roeper", "The new sensation of blogging" ("The Guardian") and of course "A rewind to a childhood experience we all seek our hands in the inner abyss for" ("The Times"). Call me if you need an agent, tell me about Pyotr's demands!
